Returns, Refunds and ReplacementÂ
Items may be returned for a credit only if the item is defective. To return an item, please notify us within 24 hours upon receipt of the item that you wish to return. The item must be returned to us within 5 days of the initial request to return. Upon receipt of your request to return an item, we will provide instructions for how to return the item to us. If you do not follow the instructions, you will be responsible for the return postage. Upon receipt of the item, provided it is returned in the same condition in which it was sent, and under the terms described, we will issue a refund via store credit or replacement of item, if still available. We only accept returns if items are defective, once an item has been worn and/or removed from original packaging it will not be accepted for a return. Â
Shipping Delays
If there is a delay in your shipping please reach out to the post office. Once the item has left BwC, then the responsibility becomes that of the post office. You must reach out to the postal service to initiate the claim by calling (800) 275-8777.Â
CancellationsÂ
Orders may be cancelled if a request to do so is submitted and acknowledged by us BEFORE the item is shipped. We try to process orders quickly, so your best chance of cancelling your order is by contacting us within one hour of placing the order. You can reach us via chekailjewelry@outlook.com  Orders marked as "Shipped" cannot be cancelled.
